  Extremely happy with Sasha and the acupuncture here. Because of excellent treatment I no longer need chiropractors regularly in my life. Staff is amazing. Reception warm and happy and is a wonderful greeter. Location top notch. Lots of Washrooms, parking and cold & hot drinks. Plus plus plus

  I am so happy to have made a full recovery from a torn calf muscle. Paul was wonderful and knowledgeable. I was worried I would re-injure my leg and miss even more work and sport. Paul knew exactly how to target the injury, was gentle in the massage and ultrasound. After my first visit I felt accelerated healing. On the second visit I limped in and walked out. And after my third visit I had full function of my leg. I will highly recommend Lifemark to anyone who needs physio. I can't thank them enough!

  I have Heidi de Jager as my physiotherapist & she is excellent. The staff is all very friendly, there is on site parking, It's easy to get to as it is in the Esquimalt Recreation Center. Very clean & professionally managed & so helpful & careing. I love that they offer to send reminder texts the day before your appointments to confirm you are coming. I highly recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy Esquimalt!
