  I had a hip replacement and Christine worked with me in the pool adjacent to their clinic in the Parkside. The pool workouts were just what my surgeon had recommended and my recovery and strengthen was fantastic. The collective knowledge and expertise was fantastic.

  Following surgery to re-attach 2 torn tendons in my shoulder (rotator cuff) I sought out physiotherapy to properly recover. Ross explained what had happened to the shoulder, explained recovery process and laid out a plan to first work on mobility. Making it clear that his plan was to ensure I did not undue the work completed by the surgery, mobility exercises were slowly followed by strengthening exercises; all the while listening to input from the surgeon.

  5 months after surgery, following Ross' careful direction, the surgeon has given me a green light and declared the surgery a success. Ross laid out a continued home care plan to further strengthen all associated muscles to reduce any future problems.

  I attended PhysioPlus to recover from a workplace injury and had the pleasure of being Ross's patient. He was very knowledgeable and helped me regain nearly full use of my shoulder within a month. I wish that he had listened a bit more when I mentioned my migrating pain and how it affected me. I now have issues feeling my fingers when I lift my arm above my head, but the shortcomings in my recovery are fully to blame on worksafe for their inadequacy. I would highly recommend Ross for anyone looking for a speedy recovery.

  Excellent convenient location, clinic is located right downtown, with ample parking right out front. Friendly and accommodating staff that answered all my questions and helped me with all my needs. I will definitely be recommending this Physiotherapist clinic to everyone I know!

  very disappointed. it was referred by my doctor. my appointment was at 12 pm. i got there 11:55 am and completed the form at 12:00 pm. Dr Ross came at 12:10 ish, asked me some questions, cracked my back for like 10 mins. then he left the room to see other patient and came back after 5 mins. Then he did some massage on my shoulder for like 10 mins. Everything was done at 12:38 pm. i went to check out and asked the cashier how long the appointment was supposed to be. she said 25 - 30 mins. I had like 20 mins but the receipt said it was a 45 mins appointment. So i paid 45 mins appointment but actually i only got 20 mins treatment. very unfair!!! i will not go back again!!!
