  (I am writing for Roto-Rooter in Parksville where I live. ) Two plumbing companies in my area did not bother to return my call. Roto-Rooter came through with flying colours. They are my plumbers from now on. Thank you!

  They wanted to charge $380 to snake a 60 ft drain, saying it was an hours work. This was not an after hours or short notice call out. We had another company come and do the work (larger company with anA+ BBB rating) for literally half the cost. This was in line with what we had paid before. They were courteous and showed up on time, but absolutely overcharge for the service provided.

  I called it to install my new dishwasher spoke to Margarita. she told me that what they do. today the guy came, he told my husband and tenant that he did not do installing. but he said the line clog so he push and done, he charge my husband almost $100, for senior discount 84 year,

  The actual worker who attended was polite, quick, and efficient. However our experience with their administrative staff was beyond unprofessional. They seemed overwhelmed and quite hostile. After calling to get an updated timeline of their arrival the woman on their phones claimed my father was yelling at her, he was not, and then proceeded to hang up on him. This will be the last time anyone in my family us them.

  I called the office, the same lady start speaking over me, when I told her to listen to me, she put me on hold, without notice. then I hang up and call again , she hang up , then I called again she denied she hang up, she said she put on hold to speak to the technician, I said I would like to speak to the manager. she said the manager will call you then hang up bye.

  Was looking to purchase a new hot water heater. The sales team lied to me and told me only 6 year warranty tanks exist. After some research you can still find 9 year or 12 year warranty tanks. Called the next day and magically after disclosing that info they said they can do an 8 year. These guys just try and rip you off. Also the receptionist was very rude like other comments below. I'm beginning to think that the positive comments about this company are written by the employees. Stay away!!
