  Lovely spot with character, fantastic tea and comforting food. Their earl grey is excellent. They also have gluten free bread and English muffins, which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this as an authentic alternative to the downtown tourist traps.

  The whole place stunk like an old urinal. The food was presented like last week's plates that were scraped into the garbage. The beef dip was a joke. Tough shoe leather beef served with gross disgusting gravy, and hash browns that looked like they were from last week. Never eat here again.

  When ever I travel to Victoria BC, eating here is a must! It's the most consistent I've ever eaten at. From the quality of food to the homey atmosphere. It's like eating among family and friends. If you miss eating here you've missed a true gem!!!
