All you guys just criticize our school i bet if Mr.Maxwell saw these reviews he would feel very sad and I feel really bad when I read all of your guys TRASH reviews and I think that its a very mean thing to do towards our predicable and other people that go to this school. If you guys don't have any thing nice to say just don't say anything at all. And maybe all you cyber bullies should lay off and write a F#@$%&*! good review. I think personally that we have some bulling problems but i don't pay any attention to that. No wonder you guys all write bad things. ITS A FRICKEN GOOD SCHOOL! YOU MUST LEARN TO ACCEPT THAT! IF you don't like it here than transfer to a new school. Maybe you should try to listen to the assemblys you'll learn something.

6th grade was okay. 7th grade was a little worse. 8th grade sucks. i'm in the french program, but i started in late immersion. i wasn't prepared at all for early immersion (homework-wise). 6th and 7th grade was little to no homework. 8th grade is awful. teachers are strict and old school. they go exactly by the curriculum, starting at the beginning of the textbook and then just reading through the entire thing. social studies is mostly just history class. science class is boring, and we just read the textbook. the entire time i was in middle school, i was waiting until the 8th grade, where we got to do a project on a disease that we chose. when i reached the 8th grade, however, we had to summarize the entire immune system. no disease project, nothing. english is just a giant project due at the end of the term. when the due date arrives, however, our other teacher gives us TWO TESTS! right after/before that date! math was just boring. teachers assign homework everyday. they just monotone for 6 hours, and send us home with piles of homework. in french, we learn WAY too much grammar and tenses, e.t.c. they started a "passion project" lately. i expected it to be like an exploratory related to whatever we chose as our passion, or at least a hands-on activity. it turned out to be a research project. i chose acting. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU DO A RESEARCH PROJECT ON ACTING! we have to make a powerpoint about some aspect of acting. this may work for some other topics, BUT NOT ACTING! OR SINGING, OR DANCING, OR SPORTS! it wasn't even planned well! the school just saw something about top ten things that schools do that make them awesome, or something like that, and decided to make us do a passion project! there are way too much stupid rules, and i am not enjoying my experience here so far! p.s., our water is contaminated with lead. we have to run the water for THIRTY SECONDS before we can even take a sip! also, if you're wondering about our lunches, they're

It was okay. Grade six students are forced to "learn" in the downstairs dungeon, and assemblies are tedious and boring. Female teachers are bias towards the girls, and everyone is yaking on and on about "Being a global middle school". Did not prepare me properly for high school. In math we only did review, in socials we learned too much about first nations and not about genuine social studies. Science was ecology for three years, and french (for french students) was spent reading stories and "analyzing" them. English was Poetry for three years and was unoriginal. Global Action is a boring exploratory where the VP drones on and on about being a good citizen. Would not recommend.
