  I always appreciate the attentiveness and expertise of the staff and the way the store is laid out and the variety of products available. I purchased a book yesterday and realized when I got home that I had already owned a copy. I took it back today without the receipt and spoke directly with the representative that I had bought it from as I wanted an exchange for another product. I was very disappointed that the manager/owner put up a bit of a stink and demonstrated incredibly poor customer service towards me especially with the automated system that took them exactly less than ten seconds for the receipt to be pulled up. The negative experience will make me think twice about making future purchases there...Disappointed in the encounter.

  We lived in the area and came here for years. We moved to Metchosin (re. 30 min away), and still exclusively shop here.

  Service, service, service. The staff here are amazing. Our family always feels so welcome here. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I never feel like I'm hearing a sales pitch.

  Health Essentials is probably up there in my top 3 favourite places in all of Victoria. It's so much more than just a health store. It's a community of great people who care so much about YOU. I've never gone into Health Essentials as a customer and felt like I wasn't the most important person there. I never fail to find what I'm after, and I always leave feeling happier than I was when I got there. So thanks to each and every staff member for being so amazing.

  This store is amazing, both in products and service. The staff are really knowledgeable in all their products and they blow me away with their customer service. You can't beat the quality, prices or service anywhere else. Health Essentials is my go to for healthy eating, supplements and vitamins.

  What a great store! I love the sense of community I feel every time I stop in. Knowledgable staff, amazing service a caring environment ... cannot say enough good things. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!
