  Really good employees, unlike the grouchy managment at Mayfair Payless. Honestly this is hands down the most poorly run chain franchise in canada and possibly on the face of the earth. The telephone customer service payless has makes cell phone companies customer service feel a 5 star resort in comparisson. Absolutely Objectively Insanely PATHETIC

  Never has stock for more than a few days before common sizes are sold out. Only size 13 and up has any selection, or if there is shoes in common sizes they something like a mix of grey neon yellow and barf colors.

  Was told I had one month to come in and return my shoes if anything was wrong with them. Went in today after 3 weeks of owning my shoes and they said that they have no such plan and there's nothing they can do. Won't be shopping here again

  I love this place! I get to indulge in my shoe "collecting" without going broke. Get many compliments. The staff are friendly and interactive. The manager is awesome. They are always getting stock so frequent check backs yield good results.
