  I found the customer service left a lot to be desired. I went in to SoftMoc in the Bay Center and stood around for a good 15-20 minutes waiting to be shown a pair of expensive mukluks. Finally after getting a lady to serve me she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about the different types of Mukluks. I was told there was a rock solid guarantee, however, when the time came to exchange them they made a ton of excuses and didn't honor the warranty. I will not go back, and I let anyone I know to avoid that store.

  Non-existent customer service. Stopped in to look for Clark's Desert Boots, stood around for a few minutes without being approached by 3!! staff members even though I was the only customer in the store, then turned and tried to get their attention but since they were too busy talking about their social lives, they ignored me. I then thought better of buying anything from here and left. not sure if they even noticed. Would not set foot in this store again.

  OMG the worst customer service EVER!!! they lost a 290.00 shoe purchase....not only was the staff rude but made you feel like you didn't belong there. I wouldn't even give them a star.

  Poor ventilation and claims to be a "crowd pleaser" but can't live up to that claim because of sour smells and a man who always comes around looking in people's pockets. It's just not what you expect from a shoe store, at all. Please keep that pocket man away. Thanks - Ned.
