  I bought a promotional package that gave me a 4 visits at the salon for around $75. Called so many times and was never able to get through. When I finally did the woman was incredibly rude and short on the phone. She told me that the promotion was finished and that it was only on Tuesdays and Thursdays anyway, which no one had ever told me. I explained that they should tell people it will only be certain days when selling the package since it states the complete business hours on the package and not everyone is available on those specific days. She told me that was too bad and that it was finished now anyway so it didn't matter. What a waste of $75. I probably would've come in anyway if she had been at the very least polite and apologetic. Will absolutely never ever visit this salon. Have you ever heard of customer service? Get some manners.

  Wonderful service and lovely atmosphere. These poor entrepreneurs were taken advantage of by a marketing scam and were kind enough to honour as many certificates as they could, at their extreme financial determent! Despite having purchased one of the scam certificates myself, only getting one of the promised four services, and having to rebook my first pedicure, I will definitely be returning and have already booked for more services! Please don't listen to the many bad reviews here about the scam certificates!! It was in no way the owners' fault and they have provided thousands of dollars of services without any compensation.

  My mom wrote a bad review on the spas Facebook page due to her own experience, and she received private messages from the store owner telling her she had no idea what she was talking about. Extremely rude owner and staff. They blocked my mom on Facebook and banned her from the spa because she wrote a bad review. Seriously? The maturity. Stay away. STAY FAR AWAY
