  Good selection of health food items. The deli is great. Their chocolate section is surprisingly big.

  Went in during their 15% off storewide sale. Purchased some meat that was close to expiration because it had a 20% off sticker. When it was processed through the till we only got 15% off. Upon inquiry as to why we didn't get 20% off the cashier took the product to her manager, who then ripped the 20% sticker off the bag infront of us and didn't honor the sticker price. We used to shop here for all of our groceries since it had such a nice Mom and Pop feel, but we now do the majority of our shopping elsewhere.

  A vibrant place to shop when you're in the Cook Street area. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of vegan options, so it's fun to explore what they have on offer.
