  The quality of the cut was a lot worse; frankly, I had to wear a hat in public for a almost a month. The attitude was far from professional and somewhat rude.

  The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I, by accident, have had another stylist there twice (I was passing by and she was the only one available, unfortunately don’t remember her name).

  I have gone to this location a number of times and had a great experience with each visit. Jessie has cut my hair three different times now and always does a great job. As someone who identify's as gender-fluid it can be hard to find a hairdresser that respects and acknowledges that what you might need or want is different from the average customer. Thank you.
