  I've had waxing done at quite a few places around town including some of the pricier "spas"-- the couple different staff I've been to at Sunrise have done a way better job for a way more reasonable price. If you're more interested in having your services done well than having a "spa atmosphere" then I would highly recommend this place.

  The ONLY place in town I trust with my eyebrows. I moved to Victoria for university and had to find a place to make my usual and I couldn't have found a better one! I usually just get my eyebrows threaded and face waxed, which always turns out fantastic. I also recently got my hair dyed here, and the hairstylist did a great job, I came out completely satisfied. All the employees are very nice and friendly, and the owner - Pavi - is so sweet and so beautiful! :)

  I have been going to this spa for years, only place in town I’ll trust with my eyebrows. The ladies are quick, professional, friendly and super talented. They go above and beyond for their clients, many times squeezing me in last minute for an appointment.

  I went here for ear piercing. I tried to explain I wanted the piercings further out as it was placed too close to my previous piercing. I said several times I wanted the piercings to be further spaced and just got told that it was right where I was. I felt there was a time pressure to have the piercings and I was not allowed to have any say about where I wanted it. I’m now pierced in a place I don’t like and... oh.. it’s forever! Great! (Actually I’ll just take them out but I feel frustrated that I paid 40 dollars for this service). Other than having my own opinion completely ignored, they provided an otherwise fine service. This clearly just soured my experience massively.
