  My husband and I had a great customer experience here. Theo was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions and was very patient with us even when the store became really busy. The staff was friendly and welcoming and we felt no pressure to purchase. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends!

  My second experience was to get a full tune up on my bike. The mechanic went through every aspect of the tune up and quoted me a very fair price (the cost of the service ended up being quite a few dollars cheaper too). The tune up was done the very next day despite them being clearly busy with biking season in full swing. They even offered to store my bike for a few days since I was out of town and couldn't pick it up.

  Great service. When it isn't something that I am willing or or able to do myself, I always get my family's bikes repaired here. They are prompt and always notify you if something unexpected comes up before going ahead with repairs. They offer a wide variety of parts options when repairs are needed. I have never felt pressured to buy more expensive parts for my commuting bikes or my more expensive mountain bikes. They carry several bike brands and good quality touring and commuting accessories. Joe has even fixed a bent derailed hanger for free when my bike fell over on my repair stand. Victoria has lots of great bike shops but Joe and his staff are always kind and considerate whether you are new to cycling or a bicycling fanatic with several bikes in your quiver.

  All the staff are super friendly. They ordered in new tires and replaced my old ones faster than expected. A great selection of accessories and helmets. They even have free air on the outside to pump you up. A great little bike shop. Fairly priced. They recycle old tires as well

  The first time I stopped in was on a whim just to browse some bike locks. Someone stood with me and went through the pros and cons of every single one they had in stock. I walked out with a fantastic bike lock that perfectly suits my needs.
