  Probably the best experience I've had buying a car at a dealership. Friendly, professional and NOT pushy. Service was able to accommodate me promptly which I greatly appreciate as well. Highly recommend.

  Customer service is really lacking and their used cars are way over priced. I have never worked with a dealership that is unwilling to negotiate on price, despite showing comparables and referencing the Black Book. I booked a test drive appointment and the sales person who I had been working with was busy and couldn't assist me, even though I booked an appointment directly through him. I was then passed to another sales person who completely blew me off and got the feeling like he wanted me to leave? I even asked him if it was a bad time because he was so dismissive. They also do not respond to emails and seem completely unmotivated to actually sell a car. I was given the incorrect finance rate twice. Their business strategy is to rely on people dumb enough to pay what they ask. You can find the same car up-island or on the mainland for at least 2-3 grand cheaper. Do not buy from here!!

  Absolutely wonderful, dedicated service department! Yvon and Eli are who I dealt with the most, they're both super! My car had an issue with flickering lights and they needed it back in a couple times because they couldn't find the problem right away, but explained why each time and even gave me a loaner vehicle one time as they thought they might need my car a couple days to find the issue. They thought it was fixed. I am very impressed with these guys, I highly recommend them for service, speed, communication and friendliness! EDIT: I forgot to update my review the last time I had my car in. The issue with the flickering lights has come back more than once. Nothing these guys have done has fixed it properly, even though I am still highly impressed with the efforts they have made. The service manager could no longer honor my warranty that was extended when I bought the car in another city, but it doesn't seem to have been noted in the computer system. Not their fault if they don't have the records, and I understand the limitations that puts on them but I cannot take my car back only because of more costs in continuously searching for the problem to fix it right and I can't afford it. I still recommend taking vehicles to them for service and maintenance!

  have been going there awhile to get various things done. Part on my transmission was making my engine light come on, they ordered a part, and when I went to get my car, they said no charge, as it was a part that was replaced before and should have lasted longer. It pays to go, as they keep track and are honest....I would never have remembered what was changed and what was not! Thanks guys

  Went to the Kia dealership to see what was in stock. Paul was very professional, easy going, answered all my questions and didn't try to hedge around or wrangle a deal. I decided to not purchase and not at any time, was I made to feel pressued. If I change my mind in the future, Graham Kia Victoria is where I am returning to for a vehicle update! Thank you for the great customer service!
