    Best service ever!!! Everybody was super friendly and kind. I am sure that all the sales associates are great but Tom Cantley was outstanding. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you!

    I was pretty upset at this point, but I strongly believe in never being rude to people in any service position, as it's a tough position to be in. I told my service adviser that I was really upset, and that I would like to be contacted by management about this. It has now been over a week and I have not heard from anyone at Hyundai.

    From the moment I walked into Victoria Hyundai I felt comfortable. I didn't get your normal salesperson pressure and was given ample space to explore the vehicles on my own. I met with a salesman to discuss a possible purchase and go over my position and what specifically I was looking for. After several attendances, calls and emails I felt that we were close to a deal. I brought my family in and we ended up making a purchase. Everyone from the salesman to the manager who was walking the floor was friendly and welcoming. I would encourage everyone to pay them a visit.

    Amazing staff! As a first time buyer I didn’t feel the normal dealership sales push. Every need was met, I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m excited for my future services and purchases. Josh, Bruce, Mindi and my insurance rep gave great service from start to finish! Management was super friendly as well!

    I brought my 2010 Tucson to Victoria Hyundai last week for an oil change. It was the first time taking the car in for a service (new to me, not purchased in Victoria), and I was pretty choked about the service I received. My service adviser was new, and took about 40 minutes to check my car in. Not his fault, the learning process can take some time, but I was late for work as a result, despite being 30 minutes early for my appointment.

    I understand that mistakes happen, and I am much more likely to judge a place by how it deals with mistakes (they didn't deal with it at all) as opposed to the actual mistake itself. That being said, it's pretty important for a dealership to have a key system in place to avoid things like this. Seems pretty basic to me. Overall, I'm extremely unhappy with the service from Victoria Hyundai.

    The reason for the 1 star rating was what occurred when I went to pick my car up. I had the same service adviser who charged me for the oil change and then went to get my keys... but then it turns out they lost my keys. I could tell there were multiple people looking and they informed me that they thought the person who washed my car must have taken them home with him. My service adviser goes out to check around the car, and says to me "oh it's unlocked so it must have been him", which means that my car was sitting in their lot, unlocked, for who knows how long. I waited for half an hour while they looked for my keys, then they figured out that one of the techs had them.

    We were very happy with our experience purchasing our Accent at Victoria Hyundai. Carter was super knowledgeable and personable as we felt very comfortable throughout the process. Andrew was very professional and kept the mood light with his comical relief. We love our new ride and are care free with our insurance and extended warranty we received the day of our purchase.
