  Johnny and Jakob did a great job of making my entire Family feel welcome and relaxed. The did not try to act like big shots or like they were "too cool". We have been looking for several weeks and most of the dealers we went to thought they were a pretty big deal, not the way to sell cars in my opinion. They treated us fair and with respect and were even able to make the experience fun. I highly recommend this dealership!

  My husband and I have dealt with this Mitsubishi dealership for a few years now. John is amazing !!!! He never makes us feel pressured and always gets us a great deal and makes us feel our business is valued .From the moment you walk on the lot to the moment you are leaving in your new vehicle you are helped by friendly staff and everyone is excited about your new purchase ! The transition from finding a car, getting a Quote to financing to insurance is such an easy transition and stress free purely due to the staff making it this way ! I can’t say enough about how awesome they are and I recommend them to everyone because of the service .. thank you John , Jacob , Sam and Jeff for making the purchase of my 2018 RVR such an easy fun and exciting experience as always you guys rock !!!!

  I loved their service. The salesperson Jacob was super helpful with assisting me. Although I ended up not buying because I got what I needed from someone else. But I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to get a used/new car.

  What an AMAZING experience buying our first car from Victoria Mitsubishi! We are so happy with our Outlander. Our winter package deal has come in incredibly handy and we feel so safe on the roads. John, the GM, was incredibly patient with me and all my questions. And he helped me to get what exactly what we wanted!!! The rest of the staff were so friendly and our salesperson and finance advisor were very helpful! Everyone who has seen our new vehicle has loved it (even someone now regretting their new Subaru) and we have told so many of our friends and family about this dealership and the FANTASTIC service!! Expect more customers!!
