  Went Car shopping for my dad who is a senior, They treated him with the utmost respect. He was really worried about spending the money because he is on a low pension. The owner offered him a 30 day warranty even though they didn't have to. They held the car for him while he thought about it. They checked the tires. They just really went above and beyond. Car is still running great and my dad is very happy with his purchase. My dad really did give em a run for there money and they past with flying colors. White, Toyota corolla forget what year. Thank you so much for treating my dad they way you did!!!

  Today I was looking around for a nice used Lexus sedan around Victoria. Test drove a few private sales Lexus GS 400 and LS400. I then came across a 2001 Lexus LS430 at Williams Auto Sales in Colwood. The condition of this 17 years old car, interior and exterior, is fantastic. It is well-kept, well-maintained and clean inside and out. Gary, the sales person, is helpful and courteous, and showed me the history and car proof report, maintenance records one by one, and what the warranty covered by them is and its associated cost. No pressure! Just a nice guy to make a sale. I took it for a drive and I was sold. Wonderful car! And, the best thing is; it is even cheaper than the ones from private sales. It took about an hour to close the deal, but it was very pleasant. Even my buddy was impressed by the dealership and services. Well done, Gary! Thank you. I would certainly recommend him to my friends in the future.

  I honestly can't say enough about my treatment from Gary at the location in Colwood. He was beyond accommodating, I found the prices fair and he wasn't pushy. He isn't a fast talking sales man at all. He knew a lot about the vehicles he had and even after he knew I was sold on my purchase, he still took the time to explain everything to me. He encouraged me to take the car on a proper test drive as well. I really recommend seeing Gary as I feel like I got taken care of during my visit

  Friend of mine bought a car, it broke down after not even a week and needed to replace the engine because the ECU crapped the bed. The mechanics they use are a joke, the 'new' engine they bought, they didn't even look over and it put it straight in the car and said it was "good to go". And it took weeks of asking the mechanics if they have heard anything, majority of the time, the conversation amounted to, "not my problem" no matter who we talked to. After again not even a week it broke down again and taken to a NEW mechanic, that they find out that rats chewed through the wire. I actively DO NOT recommend this establishment or his other one by sooke rd. Don't waste your money.
