  I love their clothes and services in a store but not online shopping. They made mistakes such as sending me wrong items and just asked me return for the refund despite I wanted to get the right product though. They will loose their online shopping customers due to the lack of their service skills. However, I am always satisfied with staff in the store. I had to give 1 star for BR's poor online customer service.

  The thing is....I'm middle class. I can afford their outrageous prices for their ugly ass clothes. I'd rather go to Guess or Aritzia, where I'm always treated nicely.

  Terrible service. The staff are so far up their own asses they don't even say hello to their costumers. (I go in semi often). Clam down, Skinny Timothy, you sell clothes at 12 bucks an hour; you're not a brain surgeon. Love the store, just wish they would get a friendly staff.

  EVERY time I have ever set foot in a Banana Republic store, anywhere, I have been followed around by security, ignored by their staff while they serve everyone else, or whispered and pointed at. It was actually my white, blonde friend who pointed this behavior out to me the first time. Thought I'd check out their dresses as I was strapped for ideas for an upcoming wedding. Never again!!!!!
