  I saw the Sitka tree sticker on a window at a surf hostel in Nicaragua. I'm from Canada but live abroad and I thought "dam that reminds me of home". So i checked out the website, grabbed some candles and soap etc... I had help from Charlotte when it came to coordinating sending it to me and when they learned I was away from the mother land they tucked in a few extra goodies to help with home sickness ;) Love this company and think they're awesome!

  Classic Vancouver Island surf brand. Has always been fairly expensive, and the quality used to really suck, but has gotten much better and more consistent. Cool variety of housewares and great for gifts/souvenirs.

  Awful product service. I took in a new hoodie with a broken zipper to be fixed and was told it would take 2 weeks to fix. It has now been 7 weeks and still no hoodie. I both phoned and went into the store and no one can locate my hoodie. I keep getting told that the lady will be in on Monday but never get a call or email. This is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. If I had known it would take this long I would have paid to have it done myself and probably would have got it back in the same day. And they want to charge me a shipping fee as I live out of town but as it's been so long they should be the ones to cover this cost. Do not take your product here to be fixed. You will be waiting for months to have them fix it and find it.
