Terrible experience. Took my NAD amp in because I was getting harsh distortion at high volume with the Soft Clipping function turned on. They charged me $25 'diagnosis fee' (which seemed very reasonable) when I dropped it off and said they would call me about whether it was worth the additional cost to repair. They took two weeks to 'diagnose' that nothing was wrong with the amp. I was told there was just a misplaced RCA plug. I assumed that I was the fool and it had been fully tested and the misplaced plug was the source of the problem. They demanded an additional $50 upon pickup for 'fixing' it - supposedly pulling out the RCA plug. That seemed pretty steep but I had no choice if I wanted my amp back. WELL... $75 and several hours later my amp is not fixed at all. WTF? They told me to bring it back in... but I'm not falling for that trick again.

Pleasant service, fixed my amp quickly, and they have a shop dog.

Took a reciever in to get fixed up. Rob knew exactly what was wrong and had her fixed up in like 5 mins. Saved me the headache of setting up a whole new system. I'll absolutely be back with any problems I have.

I would make this zero stars if that were possible. This guy has a real attitude problem. I brought an old receiver in for an estimate and paid $25 in advance. When I called to find out what the estimate was, he refused to say what was wrong or give any estimate other than that it would be $150 plus. I asked how much "plus" and he started in with his attitude that he was doing me a favour by even talking to me. I won't be dealing with him again.

called in to ask if they could do a repair. the guy literally said "we'll pass on that one" and said nothing else. So after a moment I said oh ok bye and hung up. O_O wtf where is your explanation/manners.
