  Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral by phone from abroad. Excellent customer service, on-time delivery and beautiful flowers!

  Terribly unprofessional service. I had a simple question, and the owner told me she would get back to me with the answer, which I thought was great. I always appreciate when retail workers go out of their way to take down a potential customer's phone number and call. She said she would be in touch by the end of the weekend, guaranteed. I thanked her, and carried on my merry way. No phone call came. I called the shop to make sure she had my correct phone number, and she cheerily assured me she would call me back soon, whether she was able to provide the information or not. Never got a call back. I mean it's fine if you don't want to help, but don't waste my time by lying about your intention to call me not once but TWICE. I had recently moved to the area and was looking forward to using Flower Affairs often as my go-to source of fresh flowers, but after this strange experience I won't be back.

  I got a beautiful bouquet of lilies and hydrangeas as a gift this week. Having worked at a florist, this is the first bouquet I've received and actually liked!! Well done!

  Excellent prices compared to thriftys cuz thriftys on mother's day for their flowers they want 40 dollars for 12 flowers but at flower affairs they only costed $19.05 after tax for 13 flowers and that's what they should cost also i am NEVER going back to thriftys I'll just come to flower affairs they rock!!!!
