  I waited a long time for my table to arrive..I got what I paid for. Some of the staff are pushy some are ok. They gave me an awesome deal on a sofa..still no regrets

  I ended up changing my mind about the mattress the following day and when I went back to reclaim my deposit, they laid the guilt trip on, asking if there was anything they could do to salvage the deal and reminding me that "it's 100% commission you know". Turned out it was a good thing I cancelled the deposit as the reviews I found on the mattress were absolutely terrible.

  One of the biggest problems with The Brick is it everything is Commission. Was looking for a mattress and of course they try and get you to put a deposit down, promising you that it will lock the price in and that is fully refundable if you change your mind. There was a lot of pressure to put the money down right away, when I repeatedly stated that I wanted to come back with a credit card that had a higher limit.

  I went in looking for bedside tables & was shown around the store. The salesman also looked on the Brick website to show me other tables that weren't in the store. Having been in customer service all my life, I appreciated the great customer service.

  I walked away with The Brick feeling a bit like I was back in Turkey, negotiating at the Grand Bazaar.

  Customer service is proportional to competition, this is why the experiences in some of the stores in Vitoria is not pleasant. The Birck is one typical example. Make sure what your are buying is the correct and COMPLETE material on your own responsibility. Once money is out of your pocket the game is over. NOBODY cares here about customer experience/ satisfaction.

  This location has a smaller show room, so not much to look at. None of the sales people have a clue about any extra details that can't be found online and are just on the lookout for a commission. Cheaply priced thogh.
