  They’re chronically late, have terrible communication skills, and don’t even show up half the time. I send three emails, and they never respond. I call and leave messages, and they don’t get back to me. I put in a house insurance claim January 2016, they were contracted, and as of October 2017, they still aren’t done fixing a minor issue.

  I worked with Estelle through Down's Construction recently due to a structural issue with my home. Everyone who we worked with: the carpenter, drywallers, etc., was friendly, skilled and on time. I trust them completely and am very happy to have called them!

  We first met Jackie and her team at Downs Construction Ltd. at the clean up stage of our house, after a neighbor's house fire spread to our house, gutting it. I was very worried about my collections so she invited me to the warehouse and showed me how they were cleaning it. I was extremely impressed, and I couldn't believe the attention paid to the details of the thousands of items that they cleaned. The stuff that was saved I couldn't believe how well preserved it was. When the house was handed back to us, it was so clean that you could have eaten off any given area of the house. Despite a very bad situation we feel fortunate to have someone who was able to bring so much of the stuff that means a lot to us back to life.

  I would never use them again. I wouldn’t trust who ever runs Downs to run a lemon aid stand.

  After awhile of waiting for a construction company to fix our home after a fire Downs stepped in and got the job done right away, the fellow looking after the job, Tony, was amazing, he kept in contact letting us know the status and doing everything he and your team could to get us back home for Christmas. If I ever need any work done, I will be using your company. Hands down the best experience. Thank you guys for everything.
