  It has a large selection of high quality equipment amd friendly staff. With three floors as well you'll never be searching for space to get in a good workout.

  It would also make it perfect if they installed a little sauna or steam room. My old gym had one and it's been a little painful giving it up.

  Biggest complaint, from me and most of the people I talk to, is the music. They blast electronic music extremely loudly. I think everyone feels like if they want music, they'll put in headphones, and this music is loud enough that if you do, you hear a mix of your music and their music. Studio 4 if you're reading this, we'd all appreciate if you turned it down and chilled it out a bit.

  This is by far the most beautiful gym I have ever been in. I am a bit of a gym snob and worked in the fitness industry for years and I was floored. They have managed to strike a perfect balance between utility and beauty as being in the space itself feels inspiring. They have a wide variety of functional equipment, open space and all of the machines you could possibly want/need. The natural light, exposed brick and high ceilings add to the already beautiful layout of the facility. I visited on a Monday around 3pm and spent part of my workout in an almost empty gym- it was my version of heaven! Even as the after work crowd began to filter in towards the end there was enough space and equipment that it didn't disturb my workout. I will absolutely be back.

  The best thing about Studio 4 is the availability of equipment and space. I go at prime time (after work) and it is never crazy busy in there. The staff are friendly and I find it well kept. The 4 instead of 5 is simply because some of the equipment is old and the women's change room is very small. If there are 2 others in there it can be a bit uncomfortable to get changed.

  Great training gym on the first level. Love the sled and the grass course. Gets hot in the summer.

  This gym is really nice, particularly aesthetically. One underestimates how much of a role a warm coloured atmosphere can improve the experience of spending time in a gym. Decent free weights, not too busy, gymnastics rings, plenty of cardio equipment in a privateish area, two massive studios with hardwood, friendly staff.
