  This is a great facility. They offer free play care service while adults spend their time at gym or pool. The facility is very clean and has lots of activities. What I don't like about this place is that it's too busy and it's only going to get busier with so many families moving into Langford. At one point, there was almost no space to move around in Therapy pool. Gym is also always full at night but there is enough machine to go around.

  We went to watch our grand daughter at her swimming lessons and there were lots choices for pool lessons.

  It is a very nice facility, but my issue started with an expensive visit ($14+ for a dad and three year old) for a pool drop in. The pools are nice, but don't have a great area for younger kids like a proper wading pool.

  My complaint is access to the viewing area. You have to traverse through the change rooms and across the pool deck to reach the viewing area. What is silly is there is a door from the lobby that leads tight into the viewing area. They gave this alarmed and a sign stating for emergency exit only.

  The wave pool is great, and packed with preteens. Felt like a lot of people all over. We were hit multiple times by noodles, balls, etc. Not great for a 3 year old and didn't make it much fun. The adjustable depth pool was still too deep for my toddler to stand in or enjoy.

  Likely better if you hold a membership as well to avoid the costly drop in fees (3x that of a regular rec centre).

  So for a certain group this place would be excellent. But with young kids, not for me personally.

  They have a privacy picture rule which I think is wonderful. You can only capture your child in photo.

  Staff are amazing, Trainers are amazing, cleanliness in the gym is perfect, change rooms are muddy most of the time which makes going to the pool not the best. Aqua fit for the night classes are A-MAZ-ZING but the music is way to quiet. It makes working out in the water hard when are you hear is splashing and drowned out booming of the speakers. (Plz turn the music up higher). Still huge 5 stars, this place is great even if you are new to gyms or pools!

  The gym is really great and clean! The classes that they offer are wonderful and are always full! Make sure to get there early!
