  I arrived at 630, aware that they close at 8pm. I asked if they had time for a walk in and was told to return at 715. When i returned, the stylist hadn't finished and there were more people in the waiting room. I figured i would be next, and that the others were waiting for family or were comfortable trying to squeeze in at the end. It turned out I was not the next and had to wait until 745 when the stylist told me she was ready.

  New and clean. Friendly staff. Got in very quick, especially for a Saturday. Unfortunately, cutter did not give me what I asked for and took way too much off. I ended up looking like a radish. Only went there out of necessity and don't plan to return.

  Asked for it all one length and came home with this. The lady didn't properly part, wet or brush the top layer of my head so when I properly parted my hair at home it looked like this. I was also specifically asked if I wanted it longer in the front which I said no to but it did end up longer in the front. I know I probably could have gone back to have it fixed for free but that is pretty annoying so I fixed it myself. Everyone working that day was really nice but I think not properly parting, wetting and combing the hair during a haircut is kind of an unbelievable mistake for a hairdresser to make. Two stars for the kindness of the workers and the fact that I probably could have gotten it fixed for no charge.

  Now, I have no intention of ever returning. I'm not a fussy customer: I've been cutting my own hair for a couple years, but recently got a shorter cut and decided to let a pro do it for me. I have been for two haircuts here and they were good and I really enjoyed the stylist.

  She snipped haphazardly for a few minutes, and finished, telling me it was "great." I told her it was still far too long and had more volume than normal. She ran the thinning shears through it and told me it was "so much better." It was now 8pm and I told her it was fine, paid, and left.

  I went home unhappy with my haircut and have since attempted to fix it myself, which did not go well for me. Which is fine, except I will be attending a wedding next month. Lucky for me, I have a few weeks to grow it out before returning to an actual salon, where they won't overbook me and lie to me. In the meantime, though, if anyone asks about my botch job, I will give GreatClips their fair share of the credit.

  I had the best experience here ever. I was wanting to get front bangs for the longest time and the two ladies there were more than ever helpful and i wish i could remember their names! I am so happy with my bangs and i am definately recommending this place to others and i will be back for sure!!

  When this new place opened, I was happy to learn that there would be a place where I can basically walk to in order to get my monthly haircut. Was I ever wrong. When I first walked in, said my hello and asked them how they are doing, I didn't get even an answer. Instead I was rudely asked for my phone number. When I refused to give my phone number to be entered to their computer, another sales person walked over and in even more rude manner asked for my last name. When I asked why, I was not given any explanation, nothing at all. What a horrendous experience. I said my goodbyes and walked away. Today (six months later) I decided to give it a second try. Same thing happened again and no explanation for the same rude and impolite behavior was given. I don't know how this kind of behavior makes other customers feel, but I will definitely NOT go there again. I will also let all my friends know what kind of treatment to expect if they decide to go there.
