  I have been dealing with Industrial Plastics for a few years now and have found the staff to be knowledgeable and organized. Chris has been excellent to deal with and any work they have done for me has always been on time and good quality. No complaints here!!

  In the time I have been running the shop I found the staff at Industrial Plastics friendly, reliable, Knowledgeable, and very hard working. While I could be ordering my supplies cheaper online; I find that the atmosphere and the people working at this shop make it worth paying the extra money.

  I've been dealing with this store location for 5 years now and Ive had nothing but excellent service, friendly rapport with the staff and above and beyond service. The staff always takes the time to find out information I seek and gives me prompt service when they possible can. I know it can be busy in there and customers need to have some patience while the staff run around try to please everyone at once:) In a nutshell this store is fast, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

  I have been working with the team at Industrial Plastics on Cloverdale ave for close to 5 years. I have used their many of their products to run a small successful costume and prop shop locally here in Victoria British Columbia.

  Nov. 33 2107 2:15 PM.....OK....who does the hiring here!!!!!! Wow.....I have given this store the benefit of the doubt several times. Read other reviews and see quite a repeat of negative feedback on the front desk area. Not friendly or welcoming in any way..... either today or the other 5 times I've been in the store. You don't get........"Hi, how are you today...how can I assist you"...but rather a dead detached stare more like.."what the hell do you want....can't you see you're disturbing me"??......Great kind of store...lovely selection..but the staff that I have had contact with..really suck....Not even a simple thankyou at purchase.You don't get the feeling that you really want to come back. Now I see management has responded to some of these kinds of complaints but it comes across more as a formality than a sincere desire to really do anything about it.These front end customer service people should be taken off the front lines. They are costing you customers and they are costing you money and they are affecting return business...I'm certain of it

  Last time I visited this store I had seen there was supplies for 3D printing and I was happy to find supplies there for my printer. I asked a staff member for advice since there were models displayed near the supplies I was looking for. I was helped by Chris and he suggested a few things which helped out my next print a lot! I will definitely come back again and ask for his advice again!
