    These people are great! They helped me with my last two Honda's that I've owned. They were always so friendly and accommodating, and the first time were able to lower my rate with a different extended insurance provider! Thank you HUB!

    This is by far the worst insurance brokerage I have ever dealt with. Every year I go to renew, one of the brokers make an error. I found out after 3 years I have been paying an extra $20 a month because a broker made an error and it never got reimbursed. Again at renewal, year 4, I am being charged an extra $20 again and still no resolution because every time I call and leave my information no one calls me back. I have to hound them or call them first thing in the morning. This is not a one off situation, this is every time I have to deal with them. When I finally speak to them, they tell me to just call Family insurance. I call Family Insurance, they then say "why are you calling us, it's the brokers issue?" Then I have to go through another round of trying to get a hold of a broker. This is the 4th situation now and its the same every time. In the past the front desk was absolutely horrible. So rude and so much attitude, like I was inconveniencing her by calling. In all fairness, they have someone new now who I actually find kind and helpful. There is also a woman with curly hair and glasses who is fantastic and found the error of the extra $20 a month when I went to renew last, so there are a couple good ones in the bunch. I have been working in the financial industry for 11 years so I find the overall experience to be absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible. If I acted the way this brokerage does I would have 0 clients. It just disgusts me with the lack of service and complete disregard for their clients, especially in such a competitive industry. Give your head a shake! I would have left them long ago if my dealership who I lease with didn't use them. I should probably contact my dealership and see if I can work with another company going forward.

    Insurance providers. Great full coverage car insurance. Fast friendly service. Their office is located in an inconvenient high volume traffic area and could definitely be situated in a better location. Insufficient parking can be quite irritating.

    When I bought a new car last month the insurance person that helped me out was from Hub. At first I was very pleased with the lengths she went to in order to get me lower costs, and she seemed very nice. Unfortunately, she failed to cancel the insurance on the previous car. When an extra payment was taken out that month I contacted her to find out what was going on, and she assured me that she would have it refunded. That did not happen, and this month two payments came out again instead of one. I left her a message about it and attempted to contact her multiple times but she never responded. I ended up having to go down to the Hub office to get help from someone else, and they sent me off to the insurance company that had helped me when I got my previous car (to get it cancelled). So, in the end, I had to fix their mistake for them. The whole situation caused me a lot of anxiety and I am very unimpressed. Given a choice, I would not deal with this company in the future.

    I've been using HUB for my insurance on my cars and motorcycle for well over 16 years now. They have always been efficient, fair and provide excellent customer service. Over the years, Craig J and Kevin H have always reminded me to renew ahead of schedule and have brought the paperwork right to me! They have a great crew of people that really care about their clients.
