  It honestly amazes me how ineffective these people are. I've been here 7 or 8 times, and maybe, MAYBE two of those times I left actually having accomplished something. Most recently I've spent a grand total of 90 minutes in there across three separate trips, each time I get different, incorrect information about what to bring back to get my needs met and waste more and more time. Will never go back, the people at coast capital know what they're talking about. Save yourself a lot of irritation and don't waste your time with these people.

  Staff is friendly but fairly incompetent. I've been multiple times as it's one of the only locations for ICBC autoplan which is open late. Almost every time I've been told false or misleading information by uninformed agents. Megson FitzPatrick needs to provide better training and information for their staff to be able to perform their jobs effectively.

  Horrible and frustrating place to get insurance. Do not deal with this company. Dealing with them is an exercise in futility . They are poorly trained and not equipped to deal with power of attorneys. When producing the documents they claimed they required 10 min before they closed with agents available and doing nothing, they refused to complete the transaction and said it "was too late" with a smirk. THEY WERE STILL OPEN! Terrible customer service, incredibly incompetent and rude. I would rate negative stars if possible.

  I'm a huge fan of Megson Fitzpatrick. They serve me well for simple things like auto insurance or my family's travel medical insurance. They are competitive and informative when I'm working with them on my home insurance. They also have great depth to their business insurance services - a true partner for me in my business. I recommend them highly and frequently.

  Ive been going here for years and have always had a great experience! I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. I have also found it to not be very busy which is awesome! Parking is also free and almost always available right out front!
