  I found the girl I dealt with to be condescending and rude. I wanted to make a follow up appointment but she refused and said to just come in next time with my paperwork ready. I was so turned off by her I went to a different auto insurance provider.

  Ariel Poole of Co-operators Insurance was able to streamline my homeowners policy and save me some money on premiums. When I happened to drop into the Fort St. office on her day off, her coworkers were very helpful, and able to cheerfully assist in resolving a concern.
