  We have purchased home insurance from Bill Hartley for several years. The service is great, and the rates were better value than our previous insurer. I recently called and spoke to Tara about travel insurance for my son. She was extremely helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and sending me follow up information via email.

  The agents here have been able to process all of my requests promptly and without a hassle. I heard horror stories about insurance when moving to British Columbia but dealing with this branch of the co-operators has been a delight. I've been with co-operators starting in Alberta since my very first car and will never switch.

  I cannot say enough good things about Bill Hartley Insurance on Douglas. I chose them because of the amazing reviews on Google plus and I must say, they live up to their name. I had a special situation of dealing with an american commercial vehicle transfer to a personal vehicle and Paul was more than helpful and courteous. In fact all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I initially tried to go to Hub international and was met with such horrible customer service that I gathered my documents and walked out half way through the process. I am very grateful to the staff at Bill Hartley and also the other Google users for pointing me in the right direction.
