  According to my receipt, Pul (short for Paula.. Pauline maybe?) helped me. Pul wasn't forthcoming with helpful info. And super slow. Maybe she was having a bad day idk. Not coming back here. The agent next to us processed THREE customers in the time it took her to complete my registration.

  My utmost of compliments are sent out to the two lovely, informative, professional and dedicated employees of Westland Insurance at the Colwood branch. The smiles, courteous attitudes even on a rainy day. These two gals are the reason why I keep coming back to this branch, not only for their smiles and attentive nature, for their knowledge and dedication along with the work ethics they practice. These two gals are namely : BAL and GERRIE. Thank you both for your continued expertise and friendly, yet professional approach. If I were to be living in Sidney, my dedication to these two ladies would still draw me to Colwood. Thanks again for assisting me with my insurance.
