  What a great Christmas Stay. Our room was great, and the staff as well. We were made to feel at home with Lee and the other Front End Staff. The room had all of the amenities to ensure a comfortable 4 day stay. Housekeeping did a fine job. Christmas Day we decided not to have housekeeping services as we know that during the holidays people should be with their loved ones if at all possible. The front staff was very accommodating if we ran out of something in the room. The brunch provided was excellent with lots of selection, a little crowded during peak periods but that is to be expected. The hotel is nicely situated close to all of the great magical sites that Victoria has to offer. A little expensive, but we will certainly stay with them again during our next visit. Thank you to all the staff for making our Christmas in Victoria a truly Magical Experience.

  I had a ground floor room at the back of the hotel equipped with a king size bed and full kitchen. It was very quiet and comfortable. I only stayed one night after attending a club Christmas social but would have been happy to stay longer. All good.

  We arrived early, stowed our luggage, and went for lunch. When our room was ready early, we were called and advised of it.

  This was a nice hotel. A bit more money than what we are used to but I think it was reasonable for the area. It's in a great location to site see and get around on foot. The breakfast was good. We also used the fitness room and it was really good compared to some we've come across. We have an amazing view also.

  Most views are of buildings and a few are high enough and directed towards the harbour. Be sure to double check and triple check to verify that you have the view. Otherwise you will be looking at parking lots.
