  What a smug face that Caren Heughan. On my first visit I overheard her commenting about a client having prescriptions faxed to different pharmacies, laughing said client was shopping around. I don't blame people for doing so because I found out after phoning around that my meds were muuuuch cheaper elswhere. I understand that a big chain pharmacy has buying power and therefore lower prices but other small compounding pharmacy were also cheaper (I try to buy from small local businesses always). Did I mention I was also charged two dispensing fees on the same prescription on top of paying premium price?

  It is unfortunate that your dog experienced a recurrence of the seizure disorder. Seizures can reoccur for many different reasons. I would agree that medication errors are one such reason. Upon hearing of your concern about your dog's prescription, we immediately reviewed all compounding records, drug purity analysis and internal processes associated with it. No errors were found. At your request a new prescription was compounded for your dog. I do hope that your dog does not have any further seizures and lives a long, happy and healthy life.   Incredible service! I wasn't able to make it in time to pick up my prescription before leaving for a trip the next day and they sent out a deliver driver to my work so I could get my prescription in time for my trip. Thank you to the wonderful team at Vic Compounding.
