  I live in Ontario, and I was so pleasantly surprised at the polite and professional way the police officers handled my call. Police are constantly busy, and when I called to request a welfare check, they were so totally understanding. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind, my husband and I are very grateful.

  A friend called in about a dangerous offender and reception was the same. Afraid to be in her house, she called the receptionist back and she hung up on her. What kind of personalle do they have working the phones over there? Disgraceful.

  I waited my whole life to purchase a Rolex and for my 40th birthday I purchased the watch in memory of my grandfather, Conway who died at age 21 in a spitfire fighter plane fighting for this country. I paid for it with my grandmother's inheritance, Mildred Hayes. Unfortunately, my father never got to meet his father. I tried to explain it to the officer but he didn't listen and looked like he just wanted to hurt me. Now when I look at my watch instead of remembering him I see where the VICPD scratched my watch.

  I give them a C-. I hope there is a thurough review about their conduct towards citizens who wish to voice their concerns. Supremacist attitudes whether from Blacks, Caucasians or other cultures should Not be in any government institutions including those using a Crown as their Emblem.

  I am very grateful for the very kind and helpfulness of the officer at the front desk. I was with a friend who had been severely bullied and the officer dealt with her emotional distress very compassionately. He also offered her great suggestions for dealing with bullying.

  They scratched my brand new Rolex GMT Master ii after I told them to be careful when they arrested me. The following day I tried to complain and they wouldn't let me file a formal complaint. The second time I came in the police officer at the desk was extremely rude and aggressive and now my anxiety disorder is worse. I think the VICPD should take a chill pill and wear pink on Wednesday for Cancer Awareness. Don't forget we are still all citizens of Canada and this is not a military state yet, you are not above the law.

  Reception is terrible. The woman who took my calls is rude, unhelpful and just unpleasent.

  There was another incident in which they had 5 guns pointed at my head as I was leaving the condo for a missing person case and entered my condominium within 24 hours of my disappearance. I now have PTSD and anxiety when I hear sirens.
