  I live very near their original location and the new location. As an avid online buyer and seller I do visit them quite often. They are a busy outlet because it's the only one around unless you go to Broadmead or Royal Oak, so for the morons that give them bad reviews its because you are probably the idiots in front of me that I have to wait for, while the staff fixes your mistakes. Even when paying it seems like you are reprogramming the debit machine instead of just finishing your 'what is suppose to be quick and simple' payment. Its under new ownership now so we'll see how it goes.

  Today I called and the guy asked for my name said it wasn't there and said "bye" then hung up. No looking up a tracking number or noting it down or inquiring about my package that should be there but isn't. Kind of serious that my parcel has vanished, but nope. Bye!

  Pick up all my delivery here. Easy parking lot. bus accessable. Nice stuff, one stuff more of time working, please be patient. Good customer service

  We talked, and I let him know that hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. He refused to acknowledge that he ended the call and refused to apologize. The best I could get was that he acknowledged that hanging up on a customer was rude. Throughout the whole conversation all he was doing was trying to argue why he did nothing wrong.

  Called in to check on a delivery notice, was told there was only 1 employee and 3 people waiting, which isn't a big issue, but I was asked NOT to call back and then hung up on while I was talking.

  I went into the location, mostly to confront the employee and figure out what he had to say about it. He was there with a 2nd employee who was doing the work. Employee #1 was doing nothing, and by the time I was helped, there were 4-5 people behind me. Maybe he isn't allowed to do the CP part of the business? I dunno, but there were 2 employees. Regardless of what he is or isn't allowed to do, he lied. You don't have to lie to explain a situation to a customer.

  Horrible service and rude. Was unable to help me with a very simple task. The young fekla at the Shelbourne and Mckenzie location was polite, friendly and able to help me in less than 5 minutes. Stress free.

  The lady sometimes shows up, there will be a huge line up and she casually strolls in and just relaxes, which is fine if people aren't waiting there for 15 minutes and there's a huge line up. Then she gets mad at the people and argues with them when they're like "umm hey? Can we get our things now?" Then she makes a huge scene taking up even more time... it was kind of funny to watch but I was in a rush.

  Bottom line, if it wasn't a government business/service, I'd say he can do whatever he likes with his business, but it's Canada Post. He does not have the right to treat Canadian citizens like that.

  Awful service, totally useless and no help whatsoever. I wish I could go back to the James Bay location. Avoid this place at all cost!

  The new, and some remaining old staff, are polite and do their job very well. I'm glad to see that things changed for the better.
