  Unbelievable experience; culinary creativity at its best! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star! We had the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings - all courses were a feast! Highly recommended. Best in Victoria, if not BC

  Best high-end restaurant in Victoria in my experience. Not cheap but the price is very reasonable for the quality of food and service. We have been here twice for dinner (both times went with tasting menu with wine pairings) and once for brunch. Would recommend for any special occasion.

  Service and food was Great. The space is smaller and intimate while still being well staffed. This means that you get best service. Great selection of vegetarian meals. Each dish we ordered tasted great. We had the chef tasting menu and the vegetarian one as well so that we had more to try. We also did wine pairing and it was spectacular. Highly recommend. Well worth the price.

  We came here to celebrate a special occasion and had really been looking forward to the experience because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed. We had the tasting menu. Though the foods were presented beautifully, the flavors were not good. There was not a single dish that either of us finished. In addition, we were both brought the wrong drinks. I watched the bartender make my drink with a lower shelf spirit than I had requested and then make the incorrect drink. We were still charged for the higher priced liquor. Service was also frustrating. Our servers changed midway through our meal and we were never asked if we wanted additional drinks or if we were enjoying the food. We both left feeling hungry. There are so many great restaurants in the Victoria with better tasting menus and service for a lower cost, I really expected more from Saveur.

  Spectacular tasting menus (regular plus vegetarian). Every dish felt like it had at least 7-8 flavors. Capable service, but this was the one area that could have been improved: we had to ask three times to get more of the (gorgeous) bread, and they mixed up who was having what more often than not. The wine pairings worked wonderfully with the food, even if the portions weren't terribly generous, and didn't wow us on a first taste. But the food completely made up for it. We'll be back.
