    10/10 - The staff went well beyond my expectations when I had a minor issue with sizing. They stand behind their products and were easy to deal with. Thanks to Sasha and Jeff for helping me out.

    In the past year I've bought my Blundstones, Oofos and Chippewas here . Service was great; the store was busy but the staff was still attentive without being pushy. Bonus is that it's an independent store so I feel better about spending my money here rather than some corporate giant.

    very busy place, used to be more friendly than my experience of late. Don't like being treated like an irritant...have spent hundreds on shoes there, might just start looking elsewhere.
