  I stopped in with my son last week to try on some shoes, knowing they'd have better prices on their website and I would probably end up going home to order them online anyway. Sure enough, there was a difference of about $40 on a pair of runners, but at least we tried them on for accurate sizing. 75% of the time I get decent customer service when I am there, but this time, it was a total miss. One younger sales girl acted like we were invisible and the older sales guy (guessing a manager), was quite rude and condescending - talking to me like I know nothing about shoes or sizing, ha! I tried on a pair of wedges I really liked and probably would have bought them right there if he wasn't so rude. No wonder I do most of my shopping online these days...

  My son has very large feet! Size 15/16!!! They are very friendly and approachable. The staff call around Canada to find shoe's for him.

  Pretty overpriced & their shoe selection is either really tacky or non-existent for men at least
