  Unfortunately, Planet Organic falls short of being the great store they could be. They used to at least be better than they have become in the past two years. The prices are on the high side. The produce tends to be mediocre and the meats are not always fresh. For several months last year, the shelves were quite bare. I get the sense that there is a problem with the store management, both here and at their head office in the States. Many staff over the years have been wonderful, but there seems to be a high turnover rate, and too often, I encounter staff who seem to hate being there, which leads to their being less helpful and somewhat grumpy. The store has great potential to become much better.

  Expensive and not that many organic products lots of snack such as chips. Service at deli is poor. Good hours and location. Loyalty program is worthless

  SURPRISED. The bad news is that the anti-social guy who frowns at customers and likes to touch our hand anytime he offers us something from the deli, is still at his ill. The good news is that we have not seen the two rude female cashiers for the last times we passed by. Our friends report that the Daily Pricing Errors are also Stopped. Let's see how the owner handles the gangster-wannabe guy, and if the owner will keep up the changes. We are people from a country known for its polite and honorable people, and we are hopeful that our businesses will thrive when they respect their customers.

  The bakery cookies are pretty good and it's the old place I know of in the city that sells Avalon chocolate (and regular) milk.

  I go here for all my supplements. Staff is very knowledgeable and service is good. Love their deli too.
