  I've been taking Coco to the James Bay vet since I moved back to Victoria over two years ago. They've always been very friendly and helpful, and clearly they adore all the little critters that come through their doors. The vets are always professional and very down to earth, and treat your pets like they were their own. The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful, and love their jobs. It's convenient for me to walk to, and I've never heard of a dog pulling its owner to go into the vet, but that's what happens when we walk past the clinic -- Coco likes the environment and staff so much he wants to go in whenever we're nearby. :)

  Clean, quiet office so not stressful to pets. Can fit you in quickly for appointment. Good, ethical vet with average prices. Have brought both my cat and dog here. Downside is clinic only equipped for routine work. No vet in on weekends.

  So far we have had a great experience coming to the James Bay Vet Clinic with our puppy (now 4.5 months old). All staff has been very welcoming and helpful and Dr Brianne have been great answering many puppy questions we as new puppy parents have had!

  I was very impressed with James Bay clinic since the new owner has taken over. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I brought my cat Oscar to get checked out by Dr Hagerty as I had some concerns. She was great and explained everything so well. She gave me all the available options and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr Hagerty to everyone.
